Tomatoes, meat other veges, never used any oil and so easy to clean. We have had two pans for about a year and it did work good, not great for 6 months or so. Then food would stick. I would recommend going to a second hand store and buy any old pan they have and it would be as good if not better. Just make sure you do not get the 2 pans we are taking there. Then take the saved money and do something nice for yourself.0 of 0 people found this review helpful.1 out of 5Non-stick lasts about 6 monthsSeptember 15, 2012By Melbourne_MumI've had these for 4 years and the non-stick lasted 6 months - they were heavenly to begin with - i made my mother invest in them too. Now they are just regular pans - I have been very careful with them - no metal utensils - no dishwashing - Non Stick Coating but the non-stick became sticky. Now they are worse than regular pans so I am binning them. They cost a fortune so it's very disappointing. Luckily I am switching to induction so will get a new set of pans with the cooktop as Swiss Diamond don't work on induction. Very disappointed with these pans.1 of 1 people found this review helpful.1 out of 5BUYER BEWARE - Garbage not backed by companyJuly 26, 2012By Kcglf12Swiss Diamond touts that you can treat this pan as any normal pan, using metal utensils and you won't have to worry about it flaking like low quality non stick pans.  We used it delicately and used only non-stick utensils and it flaked within weeks of the first use. It took them 6 weeks to replace it under warranty. After receiving a 2nd pan we used it even more carefully to protect our investment in a ""quality pan"" and it flaked almost immediately.  This times after waiting months for a reply the company would not back there warranty and the pan went in the trash.  Don't waste your money or health this pan is nothing more than a cheap non-stick pan.4 of 4 people found this Teflon Coating review helpful.1 out of 5No warrantyJune 04, 2012By WFCrazydI have two of these pans, one the coating is blistering and pealing. I have returned this pan, only to be told its my fault, I got the pan to hot??? I do ""cook"" with my pans and I don't burn my own food. So to hot doesn't make since to me. I have a second pan that I am afraid to cook in. (how much of that last pan did I ingest?) I had contact with Mark and he wanted to sell me more pans, and not replace the pan that blistered. Please know these are JUNK, not any different than any other TEFLON pan. After a while they all peel. I would love to hear back from anyone about these Swiss Diamond Pans.6 of 7 people found this review helpful.
